The correct answer is: (0, 1)


    Let the curve y = x2 + px + q cuts x-axis at A(alpha1, 0) and B (alpha2,0) then alpha1+ alpha2= – p,
    alpha1alpha2= q also y = x2 + px + q cuts y-axis at C(0,q).

    (x – alpha1) (x – alpha2) + y2 +lambda y = 0
    where lambda = –(1+q)
