On multiplying $3 over 5$ with 3, we get $fraction numerator 3 cross times 3 over denominator 5 cross times 3 end fraction equals 9 over 15$
On multiplying $7 over 3$ with 5, we get $fraction numerator 7 cross times 5 over denominator 3 cross times 5 end fraction equals 35 over 15$
