    From the graph shown below. It is clear that phase lead of N over M is negative fraction numerator pi over denominator 2 end fraction. Since time period (i.e. taken to complete one cycle) = 0.4 sec.
    Hence frequency nu equals fraction numerator 1 over denominator T end fraction equals 2.5 H z
