Question

Complete the table and chose the graph of the equation.

hintHint:

The relationship between 2 coordinates is represented by an equation.
When these coordinates are plotted on a graph, we get the collection of points i.e. line.

The correct answer is:

    GIVEN-
    s = r + 3
    TO FIND-
    Values of s for r = 8, 16 & 24
and graph of the given equation
    SOLUTION-
    For r = 8, s = r + 4
    ∴ s = 8 + 4
    ∴ s = 12
    ∴ A (8, 12)
    For r = 16, s = r + 4
    ∴ s = 16 + 4
    ∴ s = 20
    ∴ A (16, 20)
    For r = 24, s = r + 4
    ∴ s = 24 + 4
    ∴ s = 28
    ∴ A (24, 28)
When we plot the above 3 points on a graph, we find that the line is represented by the graph shown in option c.
    FINAL ANSWER-
Option 'c' is the correct answer to the given question.
