Question
Find the missing values
Hint:
Find the value of x by using the sum of angles in a triangle is 180° . Now, find values of y and z by the sum of angles on the straight line is 180°.
The correct answer is: x = 60 , y = 120 ,z = 120
ANS :- x = 60 , y = 120 ,z = 120
Explanation :-
Step 1:- Find x
60°+ 60°+ x°=180°(sum of angles in a triangle)
x°+ 120° = 180°
x° = 180 - 120° x° = 60°
∴ x = 60
Step 2:- Find Z
60°+ z°=180°(sum of angles on a straight line)
z° = 180 - 60° z° = 120°
∴ z = 120
Step 3 :- Find y
x°+ y° =180°(sum of angles on a straight line)
Substitute values of x and z
y°+ (60)° = 180°
y° = 180 - 60° y° = 120°
∴ y = 120
