    Here the number we have given is negative square root of 35
. Now we have to find in which two numbers it lies. First, we will find the squares of each number starting from 1 and then when we will reach till 35 we will stop that.
    Let's start with 1, we have:
    1 squared equals 1
2 squared equals 4
3 squared equals 9
4 squared equals 16
5 squared equals 25
6 squared equals 36
    Lets equate this now:
    25 < 35 < 36
    Taking square root on all, we get:
    square root of 25 space less than space square root of 35 space less than space square root of 36
    Simplifying it, we get:
    5 space less than space square root of 35 space less than space 6
    Adding negative sign, we get:
    negative 5 space less than space minus square root of 35 space less than negative space 6
    So here we can see that negative square root of 35 is lying between -5 and -6.

    Here we were given the number negative square root of 35 and we were supposed to find in between what numbers it lies. So we started of with finding the squares of number and computed in which number it lies, and we found that it lies in between -5 and -6.
