    Let blank space be e.
    Now ,
    7000 = 7 x e
    Lets dividing side , LHS and RHS by 7,
    7000/7 = 7/7 x e
    =>1000=1 x e
    => e= 1000
    We can also write e as,
    e= 10x10x10 [1000= 10 x 10 x 10]
    Therefore, e=10^3 [we can also write 10x10x10= 103, power of any number is multiply of same number into power times]
    So the Power of ten is 10^ 3 and the correct answer is also 103. (option (c)).
